E Ring Retaining Rings are made of solid steel with Phosphate or Stainless Steel finishes for long lasting durability and dependability. Installed externally to shaft, bore or housing grooves. Once they snap directly into the shaft, the three prongs inside E rings provide a shoulder for efficiently retaining assemblies. Must be installed with applicator tools. Available in sizes ranging from .062 to 1.188 inches in diameter. Sold in various package quantities.
