HI-TECH DUAL LOCKING CASTER
Unique patented dual braking system allows you to lock the caster in two ways. You can lock both the swivel and wheel rotation or just lock the caster swiveling feature, while still allowing the wheel to roll. Durable gray thermoplastic non-marring rubber wheel construction.
