    Dock Boards Help Speed Up Loading Operations, Prevent Accidents And Reduce Labor Costs.

    The anti-skid diamond tread surface on these dockboards provides maximum safety. Loading dock boards have tapered curbs that help prevent tire damage. Curb provides full-length handgrip for ease and safety in handling. Beveled dock plate ends offer smooth entry and exit. Safety stop on underside of dockboard fits snugly between truck and dock so board will not move under load. These dock bridges feature an 11" entry lip and an 11 degree angle is supplied unless another angle of operation is specified. Meets OSHA requirements 1910.30(A). Dock plates can be reversed when truck is lower than dock level.

    NOTE:
    CAPACITY is the combined weight of your maximum pallet load and lift truck. Capacity is rated for a single shift with equipment speeds of 3 mph maximum. For multi-shift operations, 3-wheeled forklifts or trucks using paper roll clamp, please add 5000 lbs. to the board capacity.

    These dock plates are recommended for use at the docks of beverage and baked good distributors, snack, sundry and paper suppliers. Folding dockplate is used for docks where non-powered hand trucks, platform trucks and dollies need to get into and out of trucks easily. Platform is mounted on the top of the dock and offers dual-spring lift assist for easy vertical storage. Slip-resistant aluminum treadplate construction and machine beveled deck edges for safety.     Steel pallets are used in the gas cylinder distribution process to hold both filled and depleted cylinders. These unique plates provide an excellent transition surface for maneuvering cylinders with ease and control, significantly reducing cylinder damage and the risk of employee injury. 3/8" thick aluminum diamond plate construction is strong enough to accommodate heavy cylinders, yet lightweight for easy hand placement and portability.
