Steel King® SK 2000® Series Boltless Pallet Rack Uprights Feature A Unique Design That Optimizes The Benefits Of A Boltless Pallet Rack.
Steel King® SK2000® Series Boltless Pallet rack uprights are made using high strength tubular steel framing. Built-in braces for extra strength. Uprights have a green powder coat finish. Tear-drop connection is interchangeable with the majority of industrial storage rack systems in use today. Withstands more frontal and side impact than comparable open back columns and is less likely to bend or twist. The three rivet connection is also stronger than the typical two rivet found on pallet rack uprights. 10 gauge welded base plates allow floor anchoring.
Steel King® SK 2000® Series Pallet Rack Beams Are Built To Last.
Steel King® SK2000® Series pallet rack beams are made of high-strength (55,000 p.s.i. minimum) steel. Constructed of continuously welded structural tubing for durability. Will not trap moisture or debris. 1-5/8"H Step beams accept Optional Decking (not included). Beam ends feature a 3 rivet lock design with safety lock for secure installation on Uprights (sold separately).
Steel King® SK3000® Series Pallet Rack Uprights Are Constructed To Increase Strength and Performance In Tough Environments.
Steel King SK3000® Series pallet rack uprights are made with structural channel steel. The thickness of the steel especially in the corners of the rack enables it to sustain greater resistance from fork lift collusions. Diagonal and horizontal braces are used throughout the entire frame for added strength. Footpads are constructed of 7-gauge steel plates and are welded to each column of the rack for extra durability.
Steel King® SK3000® Series Pallet Rack Beams are Designed to be Effective And Economical.
Steel King® SK3000® Series Pallet Rack Beams are made of high Strength (50,000 p.s.i. minimum) steel. Capacities are based on minimum steel strength, not the average. Actual capacity for all our beams is equal to or greater than listed capacity. They are constructed of either structural "C"-channel or formed step beams for better performance. Beam connections are made of heavy 5 gauge steel with a wrapped design. Beams are installed to uprights (sold separately) using two grade-5 bolts. They have a safety factor equaling 1.67:1.
