1/4" Utility Grommet Kit

Our Utility Grommet Kits provide an economic solution for repairing tarps, tents, awnings and pool covers. Each easy-to-use set includes a hardened steel hole cutter, a matched mandrel/anvil pair, a hardwood backer block and an assortment of grommets. We offer three kit sizes (1/4", 1/2" and 3/8") as well as the option to purchase additional grommets.
  • 1/4" Grommet Kit with 24 brass grommets
  • To repair or add grommets to fabrics and other materials
  • Used on tarps, pool covers, canvas tents, awnings, sailcloth and lawn furniture
  • Setting tool (mandrel) has knurled body for comfort and safety
  • Centering cone on mandrel ensures grommet pieces match accurately
  • Rings on anvil and mandrel are matched to identify size
  • Hardwood backer block for use with hole cutter when punching material
  • Anvil and mandrel are made from hardened steel
  • Grommet refills available (Item #1261-0)
