Tempco TEC-9500 Temperature Controls Are Ideal For A Variety Of Heating And Cooling Control Applications.
Tempco TEC-9500 Temperature Controls are housed in a 1/4 DIN case measuring 96 mm x 96 mm and a bright LED displays for accuracy and long lasting durability. Easy to use temperature and process controllers with auto-tuning fuzzy logic PID heat and cool control. Ramp and soak programmable control for up to 5 programmable outputs. Nine recipes available using 64 segments maximum per recipe. Recipe can be divided into 3 lengths: 16, 32 or 64 segments. Event input allows one of 8 functions selected. Event Output with 3 available relays. Program to any segment or end of recipe. Analog retransmission. Highly accurate universal input with 18 bit analog to digital converter. Fast sample rate of 200ms. Optional RS-485 or RS-232 communications interface. Programming port available for PC connection allowing quick set-up. Lockout protection guards against unauthorized setting changes. Bumpless transfer allows continued temperature setting if sensor fails. Universal input power. Short panel depth required. UL Listed, CSA and CE Certified. Temperature range is Based on input. Control mode is PID. DIN types are 1/16 and 1/4. Voltage is 90 to 250. Sizes vary per model. Adaptor Plates and Current Transformers are also available.
