Vollrath® ServeWell® Food Stations are made of solid stainless steel construction for long lasting durability and dependability. Ideal for use with full or fractional pans up to 4 inches in depth. Well depth is 6-1/4 inches. One-piece thermoset well insulates and concentrates heat into water bath. Dome elements transfer energy directly into water bath. Each well is equipped with a brass drain valve. Feature a 7-1/2 inch width plate shelf and 8 inch wide x 3/4 inch thick cutting board for increased work space. Automatic thermostatic controls, low water indicator and 10 foot length power cord. Adjustable leveling feet for uneven surfaces. Includes guide holes on each side for attachment of Breath Guards which are sold separately. UL listed. NSF® certified. Easy assembly. Available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 well units of various dimensional sizes. Plate Rest attachments are also available.
