Heavy grade stainless steel wraps the Imperial Restaurant Series ranges from top to bottom and sides. All seams are welded and polished and the exposed screws are kept to a minimum to prevent grease build-up. Even the standard 6-inch legs contain non-marking feet.
Imperial's 28,000 BTU/hr anti-clogging PyroCentric™ burners are standard on all Imperial ranges. Heavy duty 12" square cast iron grates sit atop the burners and can be easily removed for cleaning. The grates are also uniquely designed for easily sliding heavy stock pots.
With Imperial's Restaurant Range Series, the oven is all about even heating. A uniquely designed heat deflector and baffle system directs heat into the oven cavity and keeps it there.
