Carlisle Fry Pans are crafted with two layers of heavy-duty 18-10 stainless steel and a thick aluminum core for long lasting durability. The wide diameters of the pots provide more surface area for stirring, reducing sauces and cooking soup and gravies. Stainless surface provides superior heat diffusion on either induction or conventional cook tops. Rolled edges add strength and satin finish interior allows you to cook with less fat or oil. Frying pans are NSF listed and available from 7" to 14" in diameter. Sauce Pan and Stock Pot also have loop handle designs for strength and ease of use.
