NEMCO® Hot Food Merchandisers are tiered units with illuminated interiors and attractive signage. Infrared lamps for heating. Tempered glass exteriors for easy clean-up. Water reservoir provides humidity. Bulb and capillary adjustable thermostat. Rotating racks stop moving when cabinet door is opened. "Break-away" clutch motor design allows end users to turn the racks in either direction to reach the desired product while the door is open. Pretzel Warmers are available in rotating and stationary models. Rotating Pizza Displays are available in a variety of sizes and come in single-door or pass-thru models. NSF® certified.
