Lakeside® Soiled Dish Breakdown Carts Are Ideal For Presorting Soiled Tableware In Remote Dining Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Catering Halls And More.
Carts are made with an all-welded stainless steel U-frame and 14 gauge shelves for durability and easy cleaning. Flat shelves hold bus tubs and slanted shelves hold glass racks. Slanted shelves feature a pitched drain with drain tube to prevent wet floors and increase safety. Slanted shelves are at a 20° angle. Flat shelves feature marine front edges to prevent drippage, and side and back rails to retain contents. Bottom shelf has slides to accommodate drain pan (not included). Tubular push handle on both ends of cart. 8” non-marking casters allow for easy transportation. NSF® certified.
