Boning knives feature a thin, flexible blade that enters easily into small spaces. Stamped blades are cut from a cold rolled piece of steel and then ground, tempered and sharpened. Available stamped blade handles are Rosewood, Microban®(synthetic antimicrobial protection) and Fibrox (synthetic metal fiber) in various colors.
