Bread knives create scalloped-edge cuts through foods with hard exteriors without crushing the soft interior. Stamped blades are cut from a cold rolled piece of steel and then ground, tempered and sharpened. Available stamped blade handles are Rosewood, Polypropylene, Microban® (synthetic antimicrobial protection) and Fibrox (synthetic metal fiber) in black, blue or green. Forged blades are more durable, made by heating steel to a high temperature and hammered into shape. Blades range in length from 7” to 10-1/4”. Lifetime Limited Warranty.
