Cleavers combine the cutting power of butcher knives with the chopping ability of chef’s knives. Knives are made with a stamped blade, cut into shape from a cold rolled piece of steel and then ground, tempered and sharpened. The result is a light, narrow blade that is easy to maneuver. Tough edge withstands repeated blows against meat and bone. Choose from Black Fibrox, Polypropylene, Walnut or Rosewood handles. Available blade sizes are 7” x 3” and 8” x 3”.
