Knives feature a narrow, flexible blade perfect for removing meat from bones, trimming fat and opening shellfish. Fillet knives are made with stamped blades, cut from a cold rolled piece of steel and then ground, tempered and sharpened. Choose from Red Supergrip, Polypropylene, Microban® (synthetic antimicrobial material) and Fibrox (synthetic metal fiber) or Rosewood handles. Available blade lengths range from 2-3/4” to 12-3/4”.
