Carving Forks are ideal for use in anchoring large food items to be carved into smaller pieces. Slice And Serve Forks feature a wavy-edge blade with a forked tip, allowing easy service of sliced meats at buffets or carving stations. Stamped blades are cut from a cold rolled piece of steel and then ground, tempered and sharpened. Available stamped blade handles are Microban®(synthetic antimicrobial protection), Natural Wood, Rosewood and Polypropylene in black or white. Forged blades are more durable, made by heating steel to a high temperature and hammered into shape. Available in a variety of sizes.
