Water Cooled Air Conditioners are identical to air cooled models in every aspect except the condenser uses water instead of air for heat exchange. These HVAC units eliminate the need for vents and ducting; requires access to a circulating water system, such as a cooling tower or chilled water supply (tap water should not be used). All models except 653280 have a high-pressure pump (20' of head pressure) to remove condensation and are designed to operate 24/7. 653280 has removable condensate collection tank that must be emptied manually.
