Berko® Horizontal Downflow Unit Heaters are solidly manufactured for long lasting durability and dependability. Versatile units mounts either horizontally or vertically. Louvers adjust to 360° positioning up and down for greater control of throw direction. Louver stops prevent complete closing of the discharge area. Aluminum-finned, copper clad steel sheath heating element. Pull-through air flow design draws air across heating element for more even air distribution and cooler element operation. Automatic control delays fan action until heating element is warm. Automatic reset linear thermal cut-out capillary type, provides protection over entire length of element area. Specially designed venturi outlet meets added throw required in vertical position. Easy installation with no piping flues, valves or traps. Heavy gauge die-formed steel housing. Large, dynamically balanced fan blades provide maximum air flow with minimum turbulence and noise. UL listed. Mounting brackets sold separately. Available in wide range of 1, 3 or 1-3 phase 3 to 50 kilowatt 208V, 208-240V, 277 and 480V units with 10236 to 170,600 maximum BTUs. One Year Limited Warranty.
