Infrared Gas Heaters U-Tube Positive Pressure Standard Construction
U-tube configurations are best for high heat loss areas including loading docks. Great for both area and total building heat. Positive pressure system pushes the flame down the tube. All electrical connections are on only one end of a Positive Pressure system to reduce installation costs. Standard construction includes the first 10' of heat treated aluminized steel tube with all remaining tubes consisting of hot rolled steel tubing.
U-tube infrared heaters provide uniform emitter tube temperatures and energy distribution to the floor. Great for heating entire buildings or spot heating smaller areas. Can be used in high ceiling areas and entryways. Infrared tube heaters help reduce fuel bills up to 50%. Combustion air is pushed through the combustion chamber for positive pressure. Totally enclosed combustion chamber features a blower motor in the burner box for quiet operation. Heavy duty permanently lubricated ball bearing motor for maintenance-free operation. Highly efficient aluminum reflectors can be individually rotated up to 45 degrees. Heavy duty cast iron burner with reliable direct spark ignition system offers 100% gas safety shut-off control. Includes 4” flue connection and 4” fresh air connection. 1/2" NPT gas connection. Features 30 second pre-purge and 30 second post purge. Diaphragm air switch provides proof of venting before gas flow and ignition. Burner system includes inspection sight glass, diagnostic monitoring light system and step-opening redundant combination gas valve for quiet ignition. Provides up to 25’ outside combustion air capability. Up to 25’ sidewall vent capability. CSA certified. 5 Year Limited Warranty on tubes.
