Horizontal Unit Heaters are constructed of a corrosion-resistant steel housing with baked-on powder coat finish and a totally-enclosed motor with thermal overload protection. Ideal for heating buildings with large open areas and low ceilings. Used to counter heat loss along outside building walls, especially where windows are present. Utilizes top/bottom inlet/outlet piping to install quickly, easily and at low cost. Built to resist rigorous handling and on-the-job abuse. Adjustable horizontal louvers direct air flow. Venturi fan-shroud reduces noise. Built-in safety guard provides protection from an exposed fan. Electrical junction box allows easy electrical connections. Must be installed by a licensed contractor. Vertical Unit Heaters are ideal for heating buildings with high ceilings or areas that require the heater to be mounted above obstructions such as crane ways. Heat throw patterns range from a high-velocity narrow jet to a gentle-velocity broad based cone of heated air. Include electric junction box, outlet fan guard and copper tubing.
