Retainer bands securely hold trash bags. Rubbermaid Round Dual Entry Waste Receptacles also feature vinyl trim to improve dependability, control mold growth and prevent chipping or damage. All receptacles are stain and starch resistant. Containers are weatherproof and UV stabilized for indoor or outdoor use. They are available in 15, 20 and 36 gallon capacities.
