Powered, Flexible And Portable, These Versatile Conveyors Can Be Used As Stand-Alone Units Or In Combination With Permanent Conveyors.
Roller Conveyors are fully powered to eliminate "dead spots", and are ideal for material with flat and complex bottoms. Multiple drive motors power 1.6" diameter 16 gauge steel rollers with sealed bearings and spring-loaded axles via 1/4" diameter polyurethane drive belts.
Powered roller conveyors are equipped with 2 hook type couplers on discharge end to connect additional conveyors. 5-1/4" axle centers for 11" minimum package size. NEMA-4 control box offers forward/reverse switch, on/off switch, circuit breaker and 12' power cord. Control box also offers infinitely adjustable line speed from 0 to 120 fpm. Separate emergency on/off controls are located on both sides and ends.
Telescopic height adjusts from 29" to 35"H. 12 gauge zinc plated steel legs and 7 gauge frame. Standard with 6" x 2" rubber casters; brake casters with swivel locks are located at each end of unit to keep stationary. 115V 1-phase. 2 Year Limited Warranty on mechanical components; 1 Year Limited Warranty on electrical components.
For receiving applications, it is strongly recommended that an Optional Impact Table Section be used on the infeed of the Nestaflex Powered Roller Conveyor. The Impact Table Section helps protect the motors and rollers from being damaged from the constant placement and pressure of boxes being placed onto the conveyor. |
