PORTABLE GASOLINE POWERED DRUM CRUSHER
Use Virtually Anywhere Drums Need To Be Crushed!
Take the Portable Drum Crusher to where the drums are. Mobile drum crusher features 38,000 lbs. of crushing force that will flatten a 55 gallon drum to 6" in less than 30 seconds. Built-in drum head piercing spike relieves pressure inside sealed drums. Unit is powered by a proven 18 HP Briggs & Stratton gas powered engine. Foot pedal controls the fully automatic drum crushing operation and the unit resets after drum is crushed. Twin external hydraulic cylinders crush drum in tension to prevent rod buckling and an air/oil cooler is included to prevent overheating during continuous operation. Safety features include a door interlock system that requires the door to be closed for the cycle to operate and a mushroom-head emergency stop button that will shut-down the unit instantly. Crusher features a power-tilt feature that allows you to rotate it up for use and down for transportation. Unit also includes a large 30 gallon hydraulic reservoir with a spin-on filter. Street-legal trailer with a 2" coupler, stabilizing outriggers and trailer nose jack is included, and the unit may be used either attached or unattached to the tow vehicle. Heavy-duty welded steel construction with a durable painted blue finish.
Note: Must be used in a well ventilated area (not for indoor use). An overall usable height clearance of 104" is required for safe operation.
