Build your own modular and expandable Workstation Crane with these easy-to-assemble Rail Kits and Posts.
Create a monorail using only 1 rail kit and 2 posts or build a bridge crane with 3 rail kits and 4 posts. Crane installs in ½ the time of a conventional crane due to its unique free-standing cantilever post deign. Heavy duty steel rails and posts have a scratch resistant finish and components are zinc-plated for corrosion resistance. Rails accept use of manual or powered lift chain hoists (sold separately).
Rail Kits – Two rails are bolted together to create one enclosed track-type runway and the kit includes a trolley. Trolley features nylon wheels with maintenance-free bearings and a hanger for holding a lifting device. Kit includes safety end caps, rubber stops, adjustable mounting bolts to keep the runway level and all installation hardware.
Connection Bracket joins runway sections together to extend the length of the runway.
Support Post (sold individually) features 10” x 10” mounting plate with four 5/8” mounting holes for anchoring. 4” foundation is required. |
