Harrington SNER Single Phase Electric Chain Hoists With Motorized Trolleys Are Built For Extreme Duty Applications.
Motorized trolley with side guide rollers provide smooth trolley motion and reduced wear on wheels and beams. Combine hoists with motorized trolleys for traversing of heavy-duty loads. Motorized trolleys include drop stops, rubber bumpers, side guide rollers and a completely sealed body suitable for harsh indoor or outdoor environments. IP55 rated. Hoists accommodate very long lifts and feature compact, low headroom design. Built with a 60 minute, H4 rated, fan cooled motor for the most demanding applications. Pull-rotor motor brake eliminates need for brake coil. Heavy cast iron chain guide for wear resistance. Load sheave with deep-groove pockets full supports the load chain, reduces vibration and chain wear. Die-cast aluminum body. Grade 80 nickel-plated load chain is heat treated for wear resistance. Maintenance friendly features include a hinged control panel, sealed housing for harsh indoor or outdoor environments and a self-adjusting pull-rotor electric brake.
