Heavy-Duty Scissor Lift And Tilt Tables Allow Assembly Workers And Machine Operators To Comfortably Position Containers Eliminating The Need For Bending Or Reaching.
These scissor lift tables are designed to provide easy access to container contents reducing the chance of back injury and fatigue. 96" x 48" unit accommodates (2) 48" x 48" containers, ideal for parts transfer and assembly. Lift tables feature a 12”H lip on the tilt side that secures containers while in the tilt position and have a maximum tilt angle of 40°. A selector pedal enables the operator to either lift while tilting or tilt then lift. Lift & Tilt tables feature a 2HP, 208-230/460V, 3-phase AC power unit with two-button hand pendant control. All lift tables come standard with integrated maintenance lock, pressure plated pump, pressure compensated flow valve, lowering valve, independent oil return and an adjustable upward travel limit switch. Units must be lagged to the floor.
Portable Tilt and Lift Tables include integral fork pockets to allow unit to be transported from one workstation to another with a forklift.
