Floating Double Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks With Scraper Are Perfect For Increased Load Capacities, Non-Parallel Shafting And Contamination Removal.
Double Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks offer double the capacity of the single pillow block in a similar mounting footprint and many advantages over other pillow blocks including self-alignment, simple radical clearance adjustment, corrosion resistance and larger "rolling" diameters for increased operational speed, acceleration and smoothness. Floating option solves the problem of non-parallel shafting and makes it possible to align long shafts. Floating pillow blocks should be used in conjunction with a standard pillow block. Includes special grease for the grooves on top of each floating pillow block. Scraper is a spring-tempered beryllium copper scraper that is mounted to each end of the bearing assembly to clean the shaft in either direction. Pillow block dimensions are interchangeable with the industry's most common linear pillow blocks.
