Floating Twin Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks With Scraper Are Designed For Cantilever Loads Or Movements.
Twin roller bearing pillow blocks are ideal for applications subjected to cantilever loads or movements or when using only one pillow block per shaft. Offers double the capacity of the single pillow block, self-alignment, simple radical clearance adjustment, corrosion resistance, larger "rolling" diameters for increased operational speed, acceleration and smoothness and an additional pair of mounting holes. Floating option is designed to compensate for non-parallel shafts and help align long shafts. Floating pillow blocks should be used in conjunction with a standard pillow block. Includes special grease for the grooves on the top of each floating pillow block. Scraper is a spring-tempered beryllium copper scraper that is mounted to each end of the bearing assembly to clean the shaft in either direction.
