Metric Floating Single Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks With Scraper Are Perfect For Standard Linear Movement, Non-Parallel Shafting And Contamination Removal.
Low friction metric single roller bearing pillow blocks can handle misalignment and shaft deflection. Offers many advantages over other pillow blocks including simple radical clearance adjustment, self-alignment, corrosion resistance, higher operating speeds and greater smoothness. Floating option is designed to compensate for non-parallel shafts and help align long shafts. Floating pillow blocks should be used in conjunction with a standard pillow block. Includes special grease for the grooves on the top of each floating pillow block. Spring-tempered beryllium copper scraper is mounted to each end of the bearing assembly to clean the shaft in either direction. Pillow block dimensions are interchangeable with the industry's most common linear pillow blocks.
