Metric Double Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks With Scraper Are Ideal For When Longer Travel Life Or An Increase In Load Capacity Is Required.
Scraper reduces dirt accumulation. Metric double roller bearing pillow blocks offer double the capacity of the single pillow block in a similar mounting footprint and many advantages over other pillow blocks including higher shaft deflection tolerance and self-alignment for ease of use and simple radical clearance adjustment for "very loose" to slight "preload" conditions. Aluminum body and black oxide finished rollers provide corrosion resistance. Larger "rolling" diameters deliver increased operational speed, acceleration and smoothness. Spring-tempered beryllium copper scraper is mounted to each end of the bearing assembly to clean the shaft in either direction. Pillow block dimensions are interchangeable with the industry's most common linear pillow blocks.
