Metric Twin Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks With Scraper Are Designed For Cantilever Loads Or Movements.
Metric twin roller bearing pillow blocks are ideal for applications subjected to cantilever loads or movements or when using only one pillow block per shaft. Offers double the capacity of the single pillow block and many advantages over other pillow blocks including higher shaft deflection tolerance and self-alignment for ease of use. Simple radical clearance adjustment for "very loose" to slight "preload" conditions. Aluminum body and black oxide finished rollers provide corrosion resistance. Larger rolling diameters deliver increased operational speed, acceleration and smoothness. Twin model includes an additional pair of mounting holes. Spring-tempered beryllium copper scraper is mounted to each end of the bearing assembly to clean the shaft in either direction. Pillow block dimensions are interchangeable with the industry's most common linear pillow blocks.
