Class S 60 Plus® Linear Shafting Provides The Highest Machineability Of Case Hardened And Ground Steel Shafting.
Class S 60 Plus® Linear Shafting is made from C1060 carbon steel. Uses proprietary machines and methods to exceed industry standards for uniform hardness, depth of case, diameter accuracy and straightness. 60 Plus® Linear Shafting is used in many applications to satisfy strict requirements for abrasion resistance. Rockwell hardness of 60/65 "C". Class S shafts accommodate "A" type linear ball bearings. Shafts can be joined for longer lengths. Shafts up to 2-1/2" diameter. Cut-to-length by inches. Maximum length varies by models.
