Metric 60 Plus® Metric Linear Shafting is constructed of C1060 carbon steel using proprietary machines and methods to exceed industry standards for uniform hardness, depth of case, diameter accuracy and straightness. 60 Plus® Linear Shafting is used in many applications to satisfy strict requirements for abrasion resistance. Rockwell hardness of 60/65 "C". Shafts can be joined for longer lengths. Shafts up to 50mm diameter. Cut-to-length by inches. Maximum length varies by models.
