Pre-Drilled Class L 60 Plus® Linear Shafting Surpasses Industry Standards For Uniform Hardness, Depth Of Case, Diameter Accuracy And Straightness.
Class L 60 Plus® linear shafting uses proprietary machines and methods to produce the highest quality linear shafting. 60 Plus® Linear Shafting is made from C1060 carbon steel and is used in many applications to satisfy strict requirements for abrasion resistance. Rockwell hardness of 60/65 "C". Pre-drilled shafts have a standard industrial hole pattern to meet most applications. Holes are drilled and tapped to the center of the shaft. For longer lengths, shafts can be butt or dowel jointed. Open and adjustable linear ball bearings and pillow blocks are best used with Class L shafting. Shafts up to 2 inch diameter. Cut-to-length by inches. Maximum length varies by models.
