Trapezoidal Timing Belts With 2/25 Inch Pitch And 1/4 Inch Width Are Ideal For Power Transition Applications In Motors.
Trapezoidal Timing Belts are crafted from Urethane with Kevlar reinforcements to allow for long-lasting durability. These Trapezoidal belts have a 2/25 inch pitch and are 1/8 inch wide. Toothed belts interact with another set of teeth on the pulley to provide positive engagement. Positive tooth engagement allows for large accelerations even at high speeds with a speed ratio of 20:1. Low required belt tension improves belt lifespan and allows for small-bearing loads. No metal-on-metal contacts are present, making lubrication systems unnecessary. Belts are available with 33 to 515 teeth in a variety of lengths up to 41 1/5 inches. |
