| Good Not Great |
| Very adjustable and pretty comfortable. Cushion while thick is actually very firm. Obusforme is most comfortable chair I've used but is $600. The reviews and thick padding along with adjust-ability are what swayed me on this chair but it isn't the Goldilocks chair for me. I am 5'9" 150 pounds and which the chair was a little more giving in cushion and a little easier to adjust. It is very solid and better than anything I could buy locally. |

| I love this chair! It was ways to put together and after trying a half of dozen chairs this is the absolute best! Excellent product. Customer service made ordering a breeze and the advice was right on! Thank you, finally! |

| The Best Chair Ever |
| I have had this chair for over 10 years now and it still looks and performs as well as it did on day one. Yes, I agree the assembly directions could have been better, but the chair couldn't. I only wish I had gotten the same model for home as I did for the office. Many of my co-workers have since got the same chair - it is a favorite of anyone who sits in it. |

| Good Chair for the price |
| This is a good chair for people who suffer with low back problems. Have had this chair for two years and am getting ready to order another one for a different location. The arm rests are not the sturdiest but they are adjustable. For the price this chair is hard to beat. |

| This chair is perfect |
| I'm 6'5" and not heavy. This chair is so adjustable that it can even fit me properly. It's very solid (and heavy) and looks like it will last. The levers allow you to adjust everything: angle of seat back, angle of seat (down or up in front), and the arms are large enough to lean on comfortably and can be moved inward or outward, and up and down in many, many different increments. It's great!
The directions were a nightmare. I had to invite a blue collar friend over to assemble it using common sense.
I also like that there are five wheels. This thing spins so smoothly and easily. It's my favorite chair in the whole house!
One last note: I ordered it from NY on a Tuesday, and it was delivered from Georgia that Friday (and I only chose basic delivery).
If you buy this chair, I think you'll be satisfied. |

| Only 4 stars because I have not had the chair long enough to find out if it solves the problem I have had with my old chair. My butt gets numb in my old chair, so I was looking for something with very thick padding, and this has 5" of padding. The chair is beautiful. It has many adjustments that can be made, seems very comfortable. My kids won't leave it alone though, they love all the levers. Company was very quick to process my order and ship it. I will definitely be back to Global for future needs.
