Bag to Nature® uses a proprietary blend of biodegradable polymers that BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute) has certified to be biodegradable and compostable in accordance to the ASTM D6400 standard. This special blend of biopolymers maintains its strength, pliability and leak resistance while in use at home, but degrades when introduced into an active compost environment, and does leave behind any harmful residues or toxins.
