Wall racks & horizontal tower paper cutters are made of heavy-duty steel for long life. Gray baked powder coat finish. Easy to assemble and mount. Spring-loaded blades with locking devices allow easy roll changing. Holds rolls up to 9" diameter with a 3" core. Wall Mount Racks allow easy wall mount installation (hardware not included). Towers allow freestanding use on floors and bench tops. Accepts Optional Casters to convert towers into mobile racks.
