Piston Pumps Are Used To Siphon Water Based Fluids, Light Oils, Mild Acids, Corrosive Soaps And More In Material Handling, Mechanical And Construction Environments.
Piston Pumps are made of 316 stainless steel and PTFE, carbon steel, nylon, polypropylene, stainless steel or steel, cast aluminum, cast iron, NBR and polyethylene for long lasting durability. Polypropylene models should be used with water based fluids and light oils. Carbon Steel models have a chrome finish and are used with non-corrosive fluids. Nylons are used with acetone, ethanol, methanol, anhydrous ammonia, anti-freeze and more like based chemicals. 316 Stainless Steel models work with corrosives like MEK, acetone and toluol. Dispensing rates range 2 oz. per stroke to 25 GPM. Fits opening sizes 2” Bung, ¾” IPS , 2-3/4”. Styles fit 5 Gallon Pails, 5, 15, 30, and 55 Gallon Drums.
