The extrusion process produces a fitting that is nonporous and stronger in its longitudinal direction. Smooth surface and clean finish offer higher pressure ratings. Fair resistance to vibration and pipe movement depending on conditions. Ideal for use with air, liquid and gasses. Chrome Plated Brass Pipe Fitting Elbows can be utilized in low pressure applications for water oil and gas (W.O.G.). Pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G. and meet ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15. Chrome plating offers superior corrosion resistance and material's relative softness allows for easy installation and a tight seal. Easy to clean, do not attract dirt and bacteria and maintain a shiny finish. Various elbow types include 45 Degree, 45 Degree Street, 90 Degree, 90 Degree Street and 90 Degree Reducing and are available in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/4 and 2 inch sizes with FNPT and MNPT X FNPT connection types.
