These Carton Flow Racks feature a unique flow design that uses gravity to roll cartons to front for easy access. Load inventory and ease stock picking by loading cartons from the back to ensure first in is first out stock rotation. Cartons are transported using roller tracks that are made with U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels that support 50 lbs./ft. Box guide rails adjust horizontally and beams adjusts vertically to accommodate varying carton sizes. Each gravity flow level includes 4 pair of roller tracks with 5 box guide rails and 1 cross support. Assembly flow racks measure 96"W x 84"H. 5/8" thick particle board top storage level supports up to 1000 lbs. All gravity flow levels are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. Double-Depth Flow Racks are bolted front-to-back offering greater carton capacity. Gray baked enamel finish. Easy assembly. Additional Levels includes supports, roller tracks and guide rails to add to single or double depth units (Order 2 for Double Depth Units).
