QuikPik Pallet Rack Flow Levels retrofit your pallet racks to carton flow racks in moments! Clips allow installation to any Tear Drop Pallet Rack or uprights with 2” centers and slotted openings of 7/16” minimum. These gravity flow levels help add more products in half the space and ensure easy stock picking! Carton flow levels increase productivity and workflow by increasing ease of reach and minimizing travel. These knockdown levels easily snap together without tools. Flow levels feature notched side rails to allow adjustable front-to-back placement on uprights. All gravity flow levels include 4 hanging clips for easy height adjustments. Smooth front beams accept sticker labels for identification. 22 gauge steel Rollatraks have an inverted channel frame and include 3/4” diameter rollers on 1-1/2” centers. Steel guide rails are made with 22 gauge roll-formed steel and adjust at 1/2” increments for easy lane adjustments. Flow levels include 12 Rollatraks and 5 guide rails. Clips allow 1” height adjustments. 25 lb. per sq. ft. capacity.
