Hamilton Zinc-Plated Cush-N-Aire Casters feature zinc plating to provide for long-lasting durability while resisting rust and wear. The Zinc-Plated Series offers 4-inch by 5-inch top plates on the 8-inch and 10-inch wheel models. Variable flotation on pneumatic tires allows inflation pressure to be adjusted for both light and heavy loads. Cush-N-Aire Casters are made from S.A.E. 1045 drop-forged steel and feature an integrally forged kingpin with tapered thrust bearings to provide for easy swiveling. The Rigid Cush-N-Aire Casters are built with height and template patterns to match swivel. Plate steel legs are welded both inside and outside to steel mounting plates. Available in capacities ranging from 330-3,700 pounds.
