Global Paint & Ink Cabinets Are Made With All Welded, Double Walled 18 Gauge Steel With 1-1/2" Insulating Air Space.
Doors are double walled with 14 gauge steel outside and 18 gauge steel inside. Dual 2" diameter capped air vents with flame arrestors allow connection to an exhaust system. Global safety cabinets feature heavy duty 4" welded hinges with brass pins and 3-point locking doors for added security. These paint safety storage cabinets feature a flush mounted, grip paddle handle that prevents catching and banging. Galvanized steel shelves have a 350 lb. capacity and adjust on 2-1/2" centers. Ground connection dissipates static charge. Paint storage cabinets include 2" leak proof door sills and adjustable leveling feet. Paint & Ink cabinets have a red powder coat finish and meets NFPA code 30 and OSHA standards. FM approved.
Manual Close Doors: Open to full 180 degrees. Self-Close Doors: Shut and latch automatically closes as fusible link melts at 165 degrees. Concealed self-closing mechanism.
