Victorinox® Butcher Knives Are Ideal For Chopping And Slicing Large Pieces Of Meat.
Knives are made with stamped blades, cut from a cold rolled piece of steel and then ground, tempered and sharpened for a light and narrow blade. Blades are conically ground on the full length of the blade, resulting in a wider break point for reduced risk of blade fracturing. Available butcher knife handles are Rosewood, Microban®(synthetic antimicrobial material) and Fibrox (synthetic metal fiber) in black, red or yellow.
Blade lengths range from 5” to 14”.
