This durable Resinite (HDPE plastic) utility cart features a top shelf that can be reversed to become a flat shelf to store or transport books, mail, clipboards and other flat supplies. The bottom bin shelf is stationary. Plastic cart also features handles on both ends for bi-directional use. Large 8-1/4" rigid rear wheels and 4" swivel casters with brakes allow for easy maneuvering. Assembles easily.
