3M Fibre Disc Accessories Are Backup Discs For Different Industrial Sanding And Grinding Applications.
3M Fibre Disc Accessories attach to most industrial angle grinders and sanders to enable them to connect a variety of abrasive wheels with roll-on adhesive backs and arbor hole fastenings. They are color coded according to density and available in Soft White, Medium Gray, Hard Black and Extra Hard Red. Denser backup discs are used for harder materials and heavier stock removal. 3M Fibre Disc Accessories can be used with most stock, including metal, wood, plaster and plastic. Ribbed backup discs help to reduce heat and provide long lasting durability to sensitive abrasive surfaces. Additionally, these Fibre Disc Accessories include retainer nuts to keep fibre discs attached to the grinder. Sizes and specs vary per model.
