Twin Welding Reels have an independent dual swivel body manufactured from aluminum and hard coated for long lasting durability and wear resistance. Double-sealed, special molded O-rings prevent leakage. Swivel body and inlet are both permanently indentified with machined grooves on the acetylene side to provide proper installation. Safe-T-Reels have a a one inch shaft with tapered roller bearings to provide high ridgity. Reels are compact and flexible and made of non-conductive materials.
Reels provide increased workplace safety and productivity. Full flow shaft swivels with abrasion and corrosion resistant baked-on red powder-coated finish provide optimal performance. Reel frame, spool and drum are made of heavy gauge steel. Temperature operating range - 20° F / -29° C to +250° F / +120° C. Dimensions vary.
