Kufo Seco 19" Single Bit Automatic Dovetail Machine

KUFO SECO Single Spindle Dovetailer is fully automatic commercial grade production line machine and driven by two of 2 HP motor to produce a cutter speed of 21,500 RPM. This dovetailer cuts male and female mortises and tenons simultaneously to ensure their joint accuracy. The continuous tenoning motion makes this dovetailer stay on top of its production rate. The automatic movement of the spindle head offers (3) feed speeds according to the material used. The oversize Air Clamps are conveniently located in both vertical and horizontal positions to secure the cutting materials in place. The hard chromed guide rod extends the life of the spindle movement by resisting wear. This dovetailer is designed to accommodate both through-style and half-blind dovetails. The dovetailed width and depth are adjustable. The dovetailer is easily operated from the centralized Control Panel with easy to read operation switches. Optional multiple spindles models are available in eight (8), sixteen (16) and twenty-four (24).
