Serrated steel infeed roller and smooth steel outfeed roller allow 1/8” maximum depth of cut. Large precision ground cast iron table and extensions provide work piece support. 2-speed gearbox features automatic chain tensioner. Angled dust chute with 4” port allows connection to dust collector. One-piece welded steel stand has built-in locking casters for mobility.
Model 201 Planers have cast iron 1300 lb. construction for solid performance without vibration. 2 feed speeds accommodate rough and fine finish work. Segmented infeed roller with sectional chip breaker allows multiple board planing. Roller bearing-mounted feed rollers provide long life. Adjustable bed rollers allow smooth feeding of rough or finished work pieces. Oversized cast iron table travels on 2 large lead screws for heavy duty support. Planers have dust collection chute with 5” port.
Model 209 Planers have a 5HP motor and 20” planing capacity for heavy duty work. Cast iron table with extensions create a large 55-1/2” x 20” working area. Feed rollers and cutterhead are supported by a full cast iron head assembly for rigidity. Fully enclosed base cabinet features integrated casters for mobility.
